I ordered some makeup from this company. The website says there is a 30-day cash back guarantee. When I received my order I tried it several times and decided I didn’t really like it and wanted to return it based on the money back guarantee. When I emailed Vima, they made sure that I had tried it, which I had. They told me tips on how to apply it to make it work, all of which I have tried. Then they proceed to tell me that they can’t refund any products that have been open. They then tell me I need to send them a video of me applying the makeup so THEY can determine if it doesn’t work for me. They are now saying they only honor the money back if the makeup doesn’t match, no other reason is acceptable (too light of coverage was my issue) I said repeatedly that the shade matching wasn’t the issue, it was the coverage that I didn’t care for. It simply does not work for my skin. But they persisted that they need to decide if it works for me. After checking trust pilot and seeing all the reviews from people who had similar issues with this company and the money back guarantee. This is clearly a misleading practice that has affected many people.

Website ensures customer satisfaction and money back guarantee. This is not true. The product is poorly made with a terrible smell and it turns the skin orange. Customer service takes an extended amt of time to respond.
