I've officially reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud! F these demons! I initially wasn't even going to listen to them on the phone! They put a "supervisor" (Demon) on the phone and sent me a (contrived) "corporate endorsed letter" about my vacation.

Look, I bought a cruise to the bahamas LAST year. It cost a fortune and it was nice but was even more excited about going this time because I've been under some pretty serious stress lately. Can you imagine my astonishment when I tried to simply sign into my vacation profile they'd generated for me tonight and Avast Security alerts me that there might be impersonators and attackers trying to steal my credit card info?! Are you serious? They're going down! They need to be stopped! I disputed my only fee so far- the supposed port fees and taxes with my bank and said THEY'RE CRIMINALS. THEY'RE GODDAMN CRIMINALS. There's not going to BE any cruise. They just took my money for a false vacation! Hope somebody shuts them the F down and sends them back to hell where they belong. I'm definitely doing everything in my power to try to. Screw them every one and get a real job! Some of us actually work! AND have bought vacations! But this would've meant the world to me- the ONE thing I didn't have to work for in life! F them all! I was even going to bring family with me! F them all and I hope they burn up in flames. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

I received a phone call offering a great vacation package cruise to the Bahamas for only $198. A supervisor came on the phone and offered to upgrade my package. I took the bait, gave them my credit card number and was charged for the vacation.

I specifically asked the representative if there were going to be any hidden charges. He said no. I asked him again. So there will be no surprise add on charges? He again said, no. Once I received my vacation confirmation email, I read the fine print which said there would be port fees, yada yada. I immediately called them back to request a refund. They tried to get me to change my mind, but I stood my ground.

I was told I would receive a refund in 10-14 days. That time period has come and gone. I called to inquire on the status of my refund and they said they could see it was in the process and it should hit my account any day now. That was two days ago.

Since there is nothing in writing that says I qualify for a refund, my credit card company refuses to reverse the charges.

I have been SCAMMED! We are out $500.

My recommendation? Don't ever sign up for a vacation package from a sales person over the phone.

I purchased what seems to be a great vacation package deal over the phone. the name of the company was Travel & Reservation Services. I was given two years to take this vacation described over the phone. It expires in Nov-2022. However, all customer care and reservation numbers are no longer in service. I'm pissed after spending $996.00 of my hard-earned money for a cruse that no longer exists.

Sellling vacation packages with one set of vacations and timeframe to use same as on confirmation email sent with package is purchased. When package has almost expired contact you again to say your purchased package included other vacation that you will loose unless you pay more money to extend use time.
