I initially ordered a smoking pipe through Amazon however, I received the email December 4 saying that the order was canceled. I attempted to buy the pipe from the merchant and it had a ?WhatsApp link attached to the website so I clicked on the app link because I had questions.

After speaking to someone on the WhatsApp link, they instructed me to complete the order on the website so once I did that, I got a notification from my bank that it was declined stating that bitz.com attempted to withdraw $178 out of my banking account twice and if I didn’t authorize it, then my card would have to be canceled. Somehow this pipe company is linked to bitz.com which is not actually a smoking pipe company.
