When checking out from the Viddo.ai store, an annual subscription was subtly pre-selected. I noticed a charge of $192 on my PayPal account. I contacted the seller via email at [email protected], and they offered to refund $163, stating they would only charge me the standard $29 monthly membership fee. However, as part of this adjustment, they removed the points I had purchased under the annual plan.

I agreed to the $163 refund, and they told me it would appear in my PayPal account within 2–3 days, but it never did. I filed a case with PayPal on March 15th, yet the seller has been resisting returning the money they promised.

As it stands, I purchased the annual plan, the points were removed, and I never received the $163 refund. I am not concerned about the points, I just want my refund. I have all related emails to support my claims.
