I was approached about a job by a recruiter at Vibeapex. When I responded to the email I was put in contact with someone going by the name of Joey Champ, email address: [email protected]. I completed the application, signed an employment agreement, filled out a tax form with my ssn and address on it abd sent it to Joey Champ. Once completed they advised that I was hired and would be compensated after my 30 day probationary period. However, after my probationary period was up I awaited my check in the mail and it never came. I reached out to Rebecca French in payroll, email address: [email protected], but never heard from them. I have not received compensation for work completed and supplies purchased for the Storage Processor position with Vibeapex LLC totaling the amount of $3500.

When I responded to the email I was put in contact with someone going by the name of Joey Champ, email address: [email protected]. I completed the application, signed an employment agreement, filled out a tax formbwith my ssn and address on it abd sent it to Joey Champ. Once completed they advised that I was hired and would be compensated after my 30 day probationary period. However, after my probationary period was up I awaited my check in the mail and it never came. I reached out to Rebecca French in payroll, email address: [email protected], and she stated that it must've been lost in the mail and stated that she would out another check if I'd like but would ha r to put a stop on the lost check and if it showed up in the mail I wouldn't be able to cash it. So, I told her that I would wait a few more days. After a few days had passed the check still hadnt arrived so I reaxhed out avain with no response back. I then reached out to my supervisor who was going by the name of Dylan Reynolds who advised me that there was a mix up with the checks and he would advise me once my check was mailed out. My check was supposed to be mailed out on 11/12/2023, as of today 1/03/2024 I have not received compensation for work completed and supplies purchased for the Storage Processor position with Vibeapex LLC totaling the amount of $3500.

I was hired on Oct 22nd, 2023. I was told to expect 5-30 packages per week initially. My Employment Agreement stated that I would be paid $3,300 plus $120.00 for gas money. I spoke to Dylan Reynolds, my supervisorabout the lack of packages I was getting. She assured me it would pick up sincemy CRM system was new. Bottom line I only received 9 items to process and questioned how the compnay can pay me $3,300 if I only shipped 9 packages. Both Dylan reynolds and Rebecca French assured me I will get paid 30 days after my start.I assume both names are fictitious. Never got paid and their CRM system is no longer active.

Joey Champ was a person who contacted me and offered me a Work from home opportunity.
I was offered 4800 CAD monthly, But never got paid.
I have received two letters from fed ex to PAY for shipment i have made.

Was offered a job and a contract was signed. I was promised to be paid at the end of 30 days but I was never paid. I processed 3 packages so I thought this was real. My personal bank information was provided for purpose of payment. According to Linkedin there were others who suffered the same scam.

We have received the documents, and everything looks great! We are currently processing your profile, and tomorrow afternoon I will email you the contact information of your assigned curator.

Once you receive their information, you will be able to directly communicate with them through the CRM chat. You can introduce yourself, obtain training materials, discuss practical aspects of your position, and essentially begin your probationary period.

Then this contract comes through from RightSignature. I get the job started receiving orders, I would process them and reship them, send it off to whatever new location from new label the company they would send me, then take then new rewrapped order to usps, or fed ex ex to be delivered, did this during the whole 30 day probationary period, I was suppose to get paid yesterday dec 4 , 2023 for the first time after working the company a month with no pay, but instead company payroll wrote me and stated that vibeapex and ambition Quest will be in a merger with each other , and now I will be getting paid from my so called promotional company called ambition quest. Meanwhile Ambition Quest is talk bout they can pay be back but it will take them 155 days for them to do so.I just want my payment from the month I literally worked from Vibeapex which I have yet to receive.

This business hires you on as an employee working in logistics. You check received packages for damage and if they are good, you send them to customers. You fill out a contract, have regular hours, and are promised at the end of a 30-day probation period a check for $3,300. They never send the check. Many people have already fallen for this. I believe they're running a massive reshipping scam. They have ceased all contact and have shut me out of the website used to track incoming packages.

Welcome to our team. It's a pleasure to meet you!

First things first. As you have read in your Employment Agreement, your first day of work will begin once you process your first order. This day will be reflected in the CRM system as: My Account - Account Details - Account Open Date. The dates of your following paydays will be shown there as well.

For your probation month you will earn $3300.00 base rate + $120.00 transport expenses = $3420.00/month.

In a permanent position you will earn $3700.00 base rate + $150.00 transport expenses = $3850.00/month.

We've got few perks to offer you once you get on board with us:

Sometimes you will incur other job-related expenses for items such as clear packing tape, ink cartridges, basic printer, etc. You are eligible for reimbursement on these products. Just email the copies of your receipts for job related purchases to Payroll Department as an attachment. You can send them one by one, or submit all of them at the end of your probation.

The reimbursement for job related expenses, as well as a fixed amount of gas reimbursement will be added to your first paycheck altogether. No need to attach receipts for gas.

Please, keep in mind that you are eligible to receive a bonus for any extra working hours. Keep notes on every weekend/overtime processing (including order ID's) in any format, which is more convenient for you, and then email it to me 3 days prior the end of your probation.

As soon as the received information is confirmed by our Sales Department, the total amount of bonuses will be calculated and added to your first paycheck.

Now let's get to the specific documentation we need to receive from you in order to make sure your paycheck gets processed smoothly and in time on your scheduled payday.

Your first payment for probationary period will be processed on an Independent Contractor basis with no taxes deduction. For this reason, you are required to fill out the IRS W-9 tax form. Please, be advised that your earnings must be reported to the IRS at the end of the year. You can find the IRS W-9 tax form enclosed. Please, return it to me within 2 days since your probation starts to avoid any delays in releasing your paycheck.

No documents by regular mail are accepted, since we are unable to guarantee the security of sensitive information provided. At the same time, our email correspondence runs through encrypted electronic channel and remains highly secured and safe.

Your first paycheck is available in a form of a regular paper check and will be mailed at the end of your training (30 days after the first package gets processed) on your scheduled payday, since there might be bonuses or fines (per our Employment Agreement) applied. However, you can opt for direct deposit and bi-weekly payments once you are enrolled in a permanent position with our company.

Upon the end of your training it will be decided, if you are offered a full time position in our company or not. The evaluation report on your performance will be sent over to our HR Department by your personal manager on the last day of your training and it will take some time to be reviewed by our HR team.

Once you successfully pass your probation and get offered a permanent position, you will need to fill out and submit IRS W-4 tax document and USCIS I-9 form to become our full time employee. We will notify you in advance if the need to submit those forms occurs to assure smooth transition to your full time position.

The address we have in your CRM profile will be used for mailing your paycheck. If you would like your check to be sent to an alternate address, please advise me of this address, including your zip code.

Given that they responded very quickly to any other inquiries this raised red flags.
