Bought 2 “unbreakable bears” from this company. Took forever to get and it took less than 5 minutes for my dogs to break apart. Asked for a refund per their policy and got nothing. They miss advertise their product and will not honor their guarantee. Scam and fraud. Don’t buy from this company. Inferior product and guarantee.

This dog chew-toy is advertised as "Unbreakable". I gave this toy to my minature dachshund and she had it in pieces within five minutes. It is a rip-off. I paid $31.60USD which converted to $51.84AUD with PAYPAL. PayPal let me down very badly and refused my claim. I sent pictures of the destroyed bear but they rejected my claim. DON'T BUY THIS TOY. The stitching is poor and the fabric just shredded. You can see the stuffing all over the floor from the hole in the bear's chest. PayPal isn't as honest as they could be. PayPal users beware.

This company advertises an unbreakable bear chew toy for dogs. My dog destroyed it in 5 minutes. The second one was faulty before it was given to the dog and it lasted for 2 minutes. It was not originally purchased through this company and took over two months to get here. They are scammers.
Somehow they have managed to convince PayPal they are legit as my case with PayPal was closed in favour of the seller. Not happy. Stay away from this seller as they are no good.

This company ships damaged products and will not follow the return policy published on their website stating that they will cover the return shipping cost for damaged products.

Saw the unbreakable bear and saw it was indestructible by any dog.
Ordered it and it took 2 months to get. When it arrived I knew it was a scam. Cheap material and workmanship.
I gave it to our dog and he took 2 minutes to destroy it.
E-mails went back and forth for a while and then they said if I would send it back I would get a full refund. Cost of postage exceeded the cost of the toy, and there was no guarantee they would pay off. I accepted their offer just to end it.
Got $4.00.
A COMPLETE SCAM BY AN ILLEGAL COMPANY. MADE IN CHINA MEANS YOU LOSE.
Don't buy anything from this company.

This company is advertising a cheese grater that will suction to the counter top. I purchased and the first issue was they over charged me. The confirmation invoice they provided was for $38.94 but took $48.99 from my paypal, because this was during the holidays I didn't realize it immediately. When the item arrived it looked nothing like the one they advertised in their video. Thankfully there was a picture of the actual advertised item on the invoice where I immediately begin to compare. Completely different, not even the right color, and it was so cheaply made it would not suction to the counter. And so the battel began to get my refund. This company is based in China and it was a nightmare dealing with them. When I originally contacted them about ALL the issues they only responded to the overcharge, apologized and credited me immediately. When I pressed about the false advertisement they tried to negotiate how much I would be refunded. After serveral email exchanges it was obvious that they were not going to send a full refund. THANK GOD I used Paypal! I involved them and had to try to get a refund from the company through their message process but once they started playing the negotiation game again I immediately insisted there would be no negotiation, only a full refund. That's when they instructed me to return the item, to China, and when they recieve and inspect item they will issue a refund as soon as possible. I called Paypal again and they closed the case and isuused the refund. These people are definetly scammers. In all our correspondence they, not once, addressed my complaint about the item not being what they advertised. Lessoned learned.
