Website product video shows handmade USA wood flag. Assembled by peices of drift wood and painted. I received a flat layered board with faded digital print on it.

I noticed product was shippong from China. Emailed service center why this was coming from China. Reply email ignored my inquiry.

Product received and website is false advertising.

I just contacted service department for a refund.

Below is email traffic:

Sir/Ma'am,

I want my money back.

This is false advertising.

None of it is natural wood.

Send information on how to be recompensated.

Unsatisfied customer,

Caleb

Dear Caleb,

Thank you for your patience.

We have located the following order information based on the email address you provided:

Order Number: 21063698468831085258743670

Upon verification, your package has been shipped with tracking number 4PX3001006979830CN. Typically, it takes 7-20 working days for delivery after dispatch. Here is the tracking link for you to check the status of your order: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=4PX3001006979830CN

Due to the complexity of the transportation environment, delivery speed is beyond our control, and there may be delays due to factors such as weather. Could you please wait a few more days? If by the last day you still haven't received the package, feel free to contact us.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received the goods, we suggest taking the following steps to expedite the resolution:

1. Confirm the shipping address: Please carefully check if the provided shipping address is accurate. Errors or misunderstandings can sometimes lead to the package being delivered to the wrong location.

2. Contact neighbors: Occasionally, delivery personnel may leave your package with neighbors or nearby addresses. Please contact your neighbors to confirm if anyone has received your package.

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, we recommend submitting a manual inquiry, which may take some time to process.

Best regards,

Linda

I was on Facebook and saw an ad for a veteran who made wooden American flags. He had a video critiquing how he made it. Showed his machine set up how he cut each piece out of wood and glued it together, simulating a 3D flag made of wood. I had ordered a 17-inch wooden flag but received a wooden flag less than 12 inches. It took a while to get to my address. The ad stipulates that it was made in the USA by veterans with disabilities business. When I finally received it I decided to check out the return address: Jane, 371 Little Falls RD, STE 4, Cedar Frove (apparently should be Grove), NJ. This directed me to a website: malwaretips.com/blogs/jane-371-little-falls-rd-ste-4-cedar-grove-nj-07009-packag... states that they specialize in cheap products shipped directly from China. Now getting to my item. Their description states that 1- each star is carved by hand, this was not the case on the flag I received. 2- Each strip has detailed carving on it like nothing you can find anywhere else and a cypress trim package that is absolutely stunning, this was not the case on the flag I received. It looked like to me, it was made out of cheap wood that was painted to look like carved wood. Oh, it is framed, but not with cedar wood trim. Not worth the money, and sad how they advertised it as veteran made. There are little nails sticking out keeping this in tack, I guess what bothers me the most is thinking I was supporting a US Vet's Business, when in fact I was not. I do have pictures supporting all of this if you need them. One more thing on their website. At the top in a black box shows: Member of the BBB.com with A+ rating! Buy worry-free from an accredited store.

Chinese scam company posing as US Veterans. They send a fake tracking number and never send the items purchased. Was duped on an instagram ad, do NOT fall for this scam!

I purchased a driftwood handmade American flag from a site that says it was BBB+ Veteran Handcrafts. I contacted company on where my product was after not receiving any shipment details. I was then sent a tracking number with Chinese writing. I emailed company asking if they were USA Veteran made why it had a tracking number from China. I was assured the product was being handmade by a US Veteran. I received my flags today they are not driftwood pieces put together, they are ?" pieces of plywood glued together with laser painting. As terrible as the items are many people are buying this same item thinking they are buying from a USA Veteran. They use a photo of a Veteran and also had a video showing it being made yet absolutely nothing like they show or promise. They are using Veterans to scam people out of money on items that are far less inferior to what was originally shown. Please stop this company before others who think they are helping Veterans yet are being taken by this China based company

Listed as Veteran Handcrafts with a ScamPulse.com rating of A+, but after researching further, they are in China. No customer service phone number and testimonial's are fake.

The website purports to be a Veteran Owned Company with an A+ rating with the ScamPulse.com - can't find them on your website. The link they give for that comes up blank. They advertise homemade crafts made by veterans. When ordered, I started using their tracking and found the product was coming from China. I did receive it and found it to be a cheap product made from cheap materials. They have links all over Facebook and I also believe the testimonies and accolades to be perhaps as fake as the product.

Ordered a product, found out after the purchase that it wasnt their original product and they never sent the product. Tracking at usps just kept saying shipping label created awaiting product. Scammed my grandmother out of $82.73! I want a refund and them arrested.

Product online described as made by American Disabled Veterans in the US and in stock. Shipping in 2/3 days. After not receiving shipping info after 7 days, started questioning them and it came out it’s coming from China. When questioned about made by Vets in US, they continued to claim this but they then ship to china and back because of warehouse space. [censored]ic. Again questioned shipping at 10 days and asked for refund and all of a sudden, got a tracking number saying it was in NY and multiple times it was moved since the day I ordered it. 15 days, still have not received item and no idea if ever will. This is fraud and has been reported to the FTC.

Multiple websites posting as a Veteran, selling "custom made" crafts. Have seen postings on Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. So far, 3 different websites with different company names, selling the exact same products. Looks like some pictures stolen from FerrellFlag.com. The phoney websites claim to have a A+ rating from BBB, but I cannot locate any such rating ot any of their company names. Address listed as: 1955 Confederate Dr, Philadelphia, MS 13673. I ALMOST PURCHASED PRODUCTS but something bothered me which led me down the path of taking a screen shot of a custom made flag and searched online. The results took me to multiple suspicious websites and original (stolen photos) art from Ferrell Flags. I also called the phone #, which is not in service.
