Vernier shop sent a box of paper instead of my product

Vernier Shop (from vernier shop) and Punovo are online companies that list products however when shipped a box full of paper and no product. I lost $161.00. When trying to get your money back you get an international call center and no response.

Made an online purchase thru Vernier Shop. Was sent a 5 digit tracking code. I called the phone # in their email. A young man answered identifying another company. I asked is this the Vernier Shop and he did not answer. He said "How can I help you." I asked him what service they used to ship my item. He said " USPS FED EX UPS we use all of them. I asked which was used on mine and tried to give him that 5 digit tracking number. He said "That won't tell me anything I need to know the date of the order and your charge card #." I said that is ridiculous and he hung up!. Within 30 minutes I received an email from the Vernier Shop saying "YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED." NO date or time stamp or delivery company AND NO PACKAGE. Avoid this company like the plague!

They sell jackets that don’t work. They then charge a membership fee under their company name and try to make other charges under other company names. We called them back about the dysfunctional jacket and realized that it was all a scam.
