I signed a contract and paid $150 deposit on a $450 service to tow a vehicle from Creston, OH to Jacksonville, FL; remaining balance was supposed to be $300. Cost of service was confirmed, and the driver agreed to pickup by a specific date. On the day of pickup, Premium Auto Shipping Inc. indicated that the cost increased to $950 and requested an additional $100 deposit in order to schedule a new pickup date. After refusing to pay the significant increase, Premium Auto Shipping Inc. refused to refund my deposit. This company has 12 previous complaints for the same issue that I experienced. Premium Auto Shipping Inc. is a scam and should be promptly investigated.

Ordered a vehicle transport with an agreed price of $800. We signed a contract and paid $350 as a required deposit. The day before our scheduled appointment the company reached out and told us it was now going to be $1600. We told them we couldn’t pay that and needed our money back. They gave us the run around and tried to offer us a $1200 price. We refused and said we wanted our money back. They said they would refund it but then gave us a list of excuses…they only have $144, Venmo is not working, etc. They basically stole $350 from us.
