Called stating vehicle warranty is expiring take action before we close you’re file.

Was transferred to two people and it sounded weird, fortunately did not give out much information.

- Kalamazoo, MI, USA

I have been receiving mail from this company calling itself the generic "Vehicle Services Department" since I bought my car over a year ago. The letters are one page, extremely vague warnings that my vehicle warranty is about to expire and urging me to call a 1-800 number to extend the warranty so that I won't be help responsible for any vehicle repairs. The back of the page is an "example" invoice for repairs totaling over $12,000. When I called the number to be removed from their mailing list I was prompted by an automated voice to confirm my identity by entering my social security number. I hung up, and the letters keep coming. There is no address, website, or any other contact information provided.
