recording. I recorded the message. It was designed to scam: pressing "9" saves a
voicemail message, but the recording said to "press 9 to be removed from our
list". When I did not press 9, the message looped, preventing my phone menu
system from playing the save/discard choices. The number may be spoofed. But I
have a photo of the call log details. And a recording of the voicemail message. You just don't provide a way for me to attach
it!

Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract updated.
Please call 1-800-832-9776 today.
You are receiving this notice because your factory warranty may have already expired, or is about to expire, based on the mileage and age of your vehicle.
By neglecting to obtain coverage, you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all high cost repairs once your factory warranty expires. However, you may still have time left to activate a service contract on this vehicle before it's too late. No vehicle inspection will be required and final acceptance is subject to your ability to meet eligibility requirements.
No other notices will be sent. This will be our only attempt to contact you about your factory warranty which may have expired or will be expiring.
