I received a letter with a Honda symbol and name of the company Frank Fletcher Honda where we purchased our vehicle it listed the vehicle I owned it listed a customer ID. The letter had our name on the letter and stated we had to call before March 12 and give our current mileage available in regards to our mechanical coverage on our vehicle. It was signed by Chris Fletcher president of Frank Fletcher Honda I called the number I had for Frank Fletcher Honda that was not the same number and the lady said they do not send these letters out and it’s probably a company wanting someone to get extended coverage and she says they do not sell our list, but it could be the company that does the warranty for Frank Fletcher, but they are not authorized to use The president’s name or the company‘s name.
