This company ran ads on social media platforms with fake reviews. I did not know it at the time and wanted to try their product. I placed the order on April 2nd, 2024. I then contacted the company, VeevAllure, via their chat option on their website on May 28th. I was assured the package was lost and they would send another order out immediately. When I asked about a new order number the representative dodged the question and ended the chat. I followed up via email with a screenshot of the conversation along with the original order information. I then followed up with a second email demanding a refund or that they ship out my full order or that I would be contacting the BBB. Around the same time I started receiving alerts for my SSN being used by someone in California, the same state this company is based out of. No proof that these two instances are connected but a very weird coincidence.

I still have not received a reply from their support email, it's been over 4 weeks.
