I ordered merch from Vaxwear but never received it. I received a tracking number that led to tracking ststing package was delivered, but i never received anything. I emailed them at [email protected] and when they responded they sent me a screenshot of tracking showing package delivered. I responded back that I didn't receive anything. They apologized and said they would reship package. Well the same thing happened, i got another tracking718 stating package delivered, but it wasn't. I emerald again. Thwy responded that they can refund me 70%. Ive yet to receive ANYTHING. I ordered the merch on 1/3/2026 and got NOTHING!!

I ordered my packages from Vaxwear (Vaxwear.com) on 12/19/2025. They were Christmas gifts. it originally stated that it was coming from California and once I completed my transaction for $51.99 it said it was shipping from China. It took a complete month 1/19/2027 to say delivery complete but I never received my packages. I sent an email to [email protected] because there is no phone number asking for a refund and they said that they would send a new order out free of charge it should come in 7-15 days.

I ordered from VaxWear nov 30 and dec 12 and the shipping track718 on both orders said that my packages were delivered and they were not. Told customer service I wanted a refund and they told me that I would only get 60% of refund and it would take up to 10-12 business days. I will never order anything from them again. Scam people.
