I put in an order 12/27/24 to Boot Barn ad on Facebook. They gave me a tracking #CTTY2023501012CN. Was supposed to ship in 5 to 7 days. Never recieved.

I purchased my daughter’s Christmas presents through this sight. It took nearly 30 days and never received product. I reached out to them and never received a reply. I dispute the claim with my bank.

I order several items thinking I was buying through boot barn ... was provided tracking updates but packages have not been delivered. Also have had same thing happen ordering through what I thought was Cavenders and Ariat boots.

I placed an order with https://vashiser.com for some boots. I ordered and paid for it. I paid $40.88. I received an email with tracking information the next day. I tracked the package for a month and it finally stated that the package was delivered but I never received my orderr.

I ordered 3 pair of boots and did not receive them. Was scammed out of 60 dollars. This is the 5th scam I've been involved in. How can they get away with it. I live in Ohio and saw ad on Facebook. Thought they were legit. I got screwed again. Was going to order boots for grandkids.

I ordered like six pairs of boots and I'm tracking them and they keep saying that they're in transit and it's been about two and a half weeks and I've emailed them and still nothing I want my $45 back. I should have known it was a scam but it said through Boot Barn it was on Facebook through Boot Barn and now I'm screwed without any boots and out $45

Mom got scammed by this website posing as boot barn on Facebook. DEFINITELY not boot barn, why would a pair of cowboy boots be $4? Lol

I had seen site on Facebook so it was really cheap sell and I had extra cash on my card made a order after calling boot barn western wear and boots they made me aware it was a scam now I am without 37 or more dollars and still in need of clothes I am in deisbelief just wan t my money back on m y card

Don't feel alone...I ordered 2 pairs of boots, 3 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts and a coat. It's been 23 days and still nothing. I even paid for express shipping. I thought maybe the items were so cheap because they were from past years. I was tracking my package until 2 days ago. Now it says invalid tracking number. I'm sorry it happened to you too. I guess lesson learned.

Ads on Facebook claiming to Clearence sale from BOOTBARN, on srpt 17, 2024 but just found out today actually in China. Won't give a live person to speak with, no address, won't even provide the shipper info
