Your first initial response was that the part was past the 30 days return policy, which I want to point out was false as we have returned the first part that was sent wrong immediately. The second part you had sent us was a rebuild part, which you fail to mention. We then immediately contacted to let you know that the part came broken( my guess is that it wasn’t rebuilt properly), but never got a response back, which I want to highlight again was before the 30days. Then you finally got back to us with a response that stated it was past the return window. When I successfully was able to get a hold of you and you realized that it was true as we hold you accountable you then told us to send a confirmation email to get a return label (which I don't know why you asked us to do so when you have our email) to send the part back and agreed to give us store refund. I sent that email immediately after our phone call. A few days later I sent another follow up email with no response. I then called you again last week and you rushed us off the phone stating you’re waiting on your staff( I am not sure who exactly). I tried calling numerous times yesterday and today with no response to order parts. Rather you picked up and found out that it was us,then kept putting us on hold. I then did a little research today and found this( see below). The review was spot on as it depicted exactly what had happened to us and to know that it was not us you were untruthful to. Fast forward, I would like to say we do not trust your words or your business and will no longer play the back and forth. We would like our refund on this. I would understand if it was a few hundred but we are talking about an exceptional amount of money, $1,633.00 to be exact.
