This lady from Vacations by Sharail collected money back in October 2025 from my family members for a cruise that she did not book. She stopped being responsive. Then acted if someone stole the rooms that was supposedly to be booked for us. Which she is just notified me on the March 23rd of my trying to reach out multiple times as well as family members. My family kept calling me saying she’s not responding to them. Yesterday, she sent of them their money back without speaking to anyone and cruise. The cruise is to be paid by April 11th. So I spent the last couple of days trying to rectify the situation and still no call, text, or email from our travel agents Sharail Olgesby-Hougabook.
