This company (US Passport Application Assistance) poses as the US Passport renewal web site. Once you enter in all your personal information and pay anywhere from $85-$165, they try to get you to down load their file to your computer. It was at this point that I discovered it was not a US Government web site and could not issue me a passport. The now have ALL my personal information and the company seems to be based out of Spain with a PO Box in San Francisco. You will NOT get a passport from this company. DO NOT give them any personal information. There is no telling who these people even are.

They took my information including social security number and address, occupation, drivers license and charged 50 fee that they will not refund- it claims to get passports by the government but is not a government agency. Has all my info and is very suspicious. Calls, emails, texts abound from them, they refuse to reimburse and the direct you to again a non government website claiming it is us department of state and issues passports. Need to b shut down
