Continued calls from US Loan Services. I had been ignoring then answered one day (think they may come from different phone #s) and they gave me their spiel as a loan company for unsecured debt. I have successfully used a similarly company in the past. The person sent me an email card with a website that looks legit. I had to get off call and asked him to call me back in 2 hours. They did not. But it was evening so I didnt think much of it so called them back. Another “representative “ answered. We proceeded. Then when he said he was waiting for “underwriting” to come on the line the call dropped, but this is not abnormal for my area. So I called back and they said someone with a 949 area code would be calling from underwriting. I have not received a call. Now I am worried they were just phishing for info. And I fell for it!

Called 2-times in row back to back from an Ohio Phone Number (440) 369-6630. I believe they did this to by-pass my scam call blocker. I did not answer, but a voice recording left Voice Message using a different Phone Number (833) 746-6947. Voice mail did not catch the beginning but it was similar to the previous persons complaint.

"regarding your personal loan pre-approval offer, but have been unable to connect with you. To speak with our underwriting team and complete the process, press one now. Your loan approval is almost complete, but we need to verify a few final details before proceeding. If you would like to move forward with your loan request, press one now to connect with our underwriting team. If you no longer wish to receive updates, you may press nine to opt out. Please note a live representative cannot process opt-out requests. You must press nine to be removed. This matter requires your immediate attention. They have left multiple voicemails, all the same recorded message. "This is the US Loan Services. We have been trying to reach you regarding your personal loan preapproval offer, but have been unable to connect with you. To complete your loan approval process and speak with one of our underwriters, press 1 now. Your loan approval is almost complete, but we need to verify a few details before proceeding. If you no longer want to be updated, you may press 9 to opt out. This matter requires your immediate attention. Please call us back at 833-746-6947 as soon as possible and ask for the verification and underwriting department to avoid further delays in processing your loan."

I have not requested a personal loan from any organization, no less the "US Loan Services" (which, if you google, there isn't one.) I picked up the call once and hit 1 (just to see) and the person acted like they couldn't hear me (it was an act) and then said, "please call us back at 833-746-6947". I didn't do that. God only knows what I would be charged.
