US Loan Services utilizes a robocaller to call with a different phone number on a daily basis and they've been contacting me for weeks. I block their number every time, however because they use a different number every time, they're still able to call me. They claim to have a pre-approved debt consolidation loan available for me despite me NEVER having contacted them/solicited their services. I'm unsure how they got my number but I'm beyond sick of their harassing contacts. They are clearly a scam, preying on people they think might be financial vulnerable. This needs to be put to a stop. I report every call to the Do Not Call Registry, and am hopeful they'll be met with appropriate consequences.

US loan Services is calling about a loan application I did not apply for. They appear to be requesting additional person and/or financial information. They call almost daily from different numbers, I’m on the do not call list I have spoke do not call me again when I pick up. They still call often with a recording.

Received a voice message; "Hello, this is an urgent message from US loan services. WE have great news about your recent loan application. Your loan approval is almost complete pending a quick verification of a fe final details. To finalize the process press one now to connect with our underwriting team. We've been trying to reach you, but haven't been able to. If you still wish to move forward with your loan request press one now. If you no longer wish to receive updates, you may press nine to opt out. Please note a live representative cannot process...."

I am working on a mortgage and had just before this call came in was told I would be receiving a call from my loan specialist so this message seemed genuine until I searched the number they want me to call and I found this almost identical scam being reported previously.

They keep calling using different numbers leaving the same message that I have been pre-approved for a loan. The last voicemail left was, "pre-approval offer, to speak with us and finalize your application, press 1 now. If you no longer wish to proceed with this offer, be aware that our agents cannot process opt out requests, you must press 9 to be removed. Keep in mind your 25,000 offer expires at the end of April. To get your loan processed as soon as possible, press 1 now, or call us back at 888-324-9444 and ask to speak to the pre-approval department."

Received phone call from 1 475 378 5539 about a loan I did not apply for.

I did not pick up the call. They left a message about this supposed loan and wanted me to call 888-324-9444

I blocked the number. I have been recovering these types of calls more frequently the past few months

I did not apply for a loan.

I have received dozens of calls stating that I've been pre-approved for some consolidation loan I didn't apply for. I have asked them to put me on their do not call list, and yet they continue to call every day. Today they called, and as I went to call back they hung up on me 20+ times. I spoke to two different people; one person was extremely rude and would not assist me. The other stated they'd put me on their do not call list; however, I suspect he was just saying that to get me off the line like the others have. I am at my wits end.

Repeatedly calls and leaves a voicemail. It always says, "...connect with you. To speak with our underwriting team and complete the process, press 1 now. Your loan approval is almost complete, but we need to verify a few final details before proceeding. If you no longer wish to receive updates, you may press 9 to opt out. This matter requires your immediate attention. Please call us back at 833-746-6947 as soon as possible and ask for the verification or underwriting department, to avoid any delays in processing your loan.” I have not applied for a loan recently. They always call from a different number, but the call back number is always the same. A google search says this is a scam.

This company calls me several times a day. I’ve asked them on numerous occasions to take me off their call list. I block every single number they call from but the calls continue. I’ve even registered my number on the national do not call list, yet the calls continue.

They call every day from a different number. I've been preapproved for a loan and need to complete the application. I don't answer the phone, but the voicemail is the same and the call back number is (888) 324-9444. I always block the number that called, but since it's a different number the next day, I get more calls.

The voicemail transcript was: “Hello, this is an urgent message from US loan services We have been trying to reach you regarding your personal loan preapproval offer Would've been unable to connect with you To speak with our underwriting team and complete the process press one now If If you would like to move forward with your loan request Press one now to connect with our underwriting team If you no longer wish to receive You update you may press nine to opt out Please note a live representative cannot process opt out requests You must press nine to be removed This matter requires your immediate attention Please call us back at 833-746-6947 Soon as possible Ask for the verification or underwriting department To avoid any delays in processing your loan…”

They have used different numbers every time from different locations, with the same (or very similar) recordings for every voicemail. I get them at least twice a week despite having never interacted with them (I simply block every number).

leaves voicemail as I don't answer but same as above. that only way to opt out of a loan that I never applied for but have been pre-approved for is to press 9 on the call. they claim you can not opt out with a representative and only can opt out by pressing 9 on the automated menu

Call was sent to voicemail. The recorded message left on my voicemail matches the same description attached to this complaint. I do not answer or call back so have no further details into the nature of the scam.

Robo call left an AI generated voicemail about a pending loan offer, for which I did not apply. Voicemail left no specific details about the company beyond a callback number and to contact the "underwriting department." The same voicemail came from 828-831-8895 with a callback number of 866-705-6003.
