I direct deposit from Indiana unemployment to card holder services because my cash app was hacked as well. I set a password on my account then I set a second one that the person in my truck over heard my information and called in the next day and reset it to one I don't know. When the representative informed me I needed to hand write. That I did not authorize but one 22 $ transactions and the password after, I didn't not give permission to no one to change. I did this and was told it was not readable since then I sent 2 more copies of my driver's license front and back and told a 4th time hand right it after I typed it out 2 times I have spoken with 4 supervisors and still after providing all the information asked except a password I never authorized cannot have my money.
