Was charged despite the site's claim that it would not charge my card. I received a Transaction alert from my cardholder stating that PHONESCAN.ORG/CHARGE had charged my card $29.86. I went to their site to cancel the subscription exactly the way the merchant states to do online and there is no place to cancel the subscription.
