I have tried to cancel my subscription since January. I have not received toys for my dog or my daughter's dog since November. Every time you try to contact them there is a message saying the all outstanding orders will be delivered by... this date keeps changing.

I have closed one credit card, but since I use Paypal the payment found it's way to my checking account. This is not right, now I am owed $279.30 from this company. Great concept and a great start...but now just a scam. I cannot even find a telephone number for them.

EXACT same thing happened to me with this company! Good thing is though if you use PayPal, you can cancel the subscription thru PayPal itself and they will no longer charge you. That is the only way I could get them to stop charging me. I also filed fraud claims thru PayPal and got my money back! Go to the PayPal Resolution center!

My experience seems to be the same as these others. I signed up, for the toys for a few months, then wanted to cancel. They kept taking monthly fees out of my bank AND never got the toys. The only way ( they say ) to contact them is thru online chat. I have done this weekly for the last few months. They owe me at least $80. They always say, we’re sorry and you will get a refund in the next 48 hours. I tell then they are a scam and ASSURE me they are not. LOL. We’ll obviously they are. I’m so frustrated

They have taken 4 payments without me receiving any packages for my dog. They have done this to many people and there is no reason they should be getting away with it. They are stealing. I gave them a chance to make it right and they said it would be handled and that my name was in the queue and I should have that money within 48 hours this was after three payments. Then they took it out again. We believe they are in China. We received several packages at first and then they stopped. And there's proof they are doing this to other people on my Facebook post. I have blasted them on Facebook and Instagram because this is not right!
