Ordered fire pit and bar from Facebook Ad... March 2020 and it was never delivered... sent multiple emails to company with zero response... total scam...

I ordered the Firepit in May 8, 2020. Still have not received it and it's now October 27, 2020.
Contacted them 15 times via email. Still no Firepit and tracking information expired. USPS has no record of it. DO NOT ORDER THIS! I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE.

My husband ordered the fire pit in May after I started emailing me they send me a tracking number and advise to call the USPS. Which I did. Package was delivered to a different name and in Kentucky. I just sent them another email advising that I would be joining the others in reporting about their scam and that we would be contacting Paypal as well.

I ordered a Firepit from their ad on Facebook in May. Received my receipt and charge my PayPal account. In June I requested an update status on my order and received a tracking number. I check the tracking number several times finally said no longer available so I contacted [email protected]. They emailed me back said it was delivered to contact my local post office. I did and the said the tracking number I was given delivered to a totally different city and state. So I contacted them again the said to be patience and gave me another tracking number. Again when I reached back out they said was delivered so I called the Post office again they said that number was invalid. So yet again I emailed and they gave me another tracking number this one also delivered to another city and state. Now they are saying they are a cross-border logistics and it will be very difficult to refund please wait patiently. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am still waiting for a response from PayPal which I thought would protect my purchase or NON purchase at this point.

Same thing happened to me. They kept emailing me back telling me it’s due to pandemic that it’s delayed then said it was delivered. I finally was able to get someone at the post office to track the number they gave me and said it was delivered to Iowa when I live in Nevada. I called my credit card and opened a dispute. I just tried to go on the original website I ordered it from and it’s gone. I googled the item and found this Report page so now I know I’m not the only one this happened to. Also I did a google search for wine barrel fire pit and found this site they obviously copied from https://authenteak.com/vin-de-flame-estate-wine-barrel-fire-pit/
It’s $3145 on their site. Which now really confirms this was a scam.

I ordered a firepit from their ad on Facebook. I received the inititial order confirmation but nothing else for several weeks. When I tried to use their link to their website it said "this shop is not avaliable". I emailed them and received tracking information for USPS but when I tried to use it I received a message that tracking was unavailable because it came from China. I Googled the company name and saw other complaints of people not receiving there merchandise or having it arrive three months after purchase and arriving damaged. The company also had a 25% bad trust rating on scamdoc.com. I am trying to get a refund but it doesn't look good right now.

Please stay away from this company.
