This is a warning for anyone looking to book a hot air balloon ride with this company. After paying, they ghosted us completely. They gave very vague instructions on where to meet, which turned out to be a house address in Austin, even though the hot air balloon ride was to take place in San Marcos. When we attempted to reach out via email and phone to confirm the address/meet up location, they provided no response whatsoever. After reading Yelp reviews, we realized this was a total scam operation.
