I ordered a product online and when i recieved it I realised it was not the product i thought it was. They used the name Puretrim in the title but it was not from them. I returned the product and have not recieved my money back. They claim they tried to return the money to my account and it didn't work. Then the said they would send a E-check. I have never received a bank check or any other form of money back from them. I have called 20+ times over the last year and all they say is they are waiting on the billing department. When I ask to talk to the billing department they say that is not an option. They just keep saying 7-10 business days and I will get a check! Never happens!
