I ordered some belly warmer underwear on June 5 2026 and it's the 16 of June 2026 and I haven't received them yet. They're saying they were delivered at 5:52am they weren't here or in my mailbox. Then they said in on shop they came at 10.30am which was a lie because I looked out there and it wasn't here or in the mailbox. Plus there was no picture taken to actually show the package was on my doorstep and also my apt. No pictures. This is ****** I want my money back or my package.

I ordered weightloss patch that was on facebook not knowing through 3rd party, i was charged but havent received my order. I tried contacting by phone once but the number doesnt exist, so i e mailed the support, didnt hear from them but through a company i never heard of. I still cant get a hold of anyone.

I ordered a product from this company and received a tracking number, and it said my product was on its way. When you go to the site to see how the progress is, the website doesn't exist now. If you do click on the site, it comes across with a warning in RED. The website says they are in the US over in North Carolina (the site says) and the phone number I saw is an Oregon number that isn't in use. You can't email them either. No one responds.

I ordered merchandise from TryOurPlus, was sent a tracking number and told the package was on the way. My credit card was charged for the amount of $42.88 but I never received the package and, if it even existed, it was sent to the wrong address. I would like a refund on my credit card and let it be known this website is a scam.
