My order took months to ship then was delivered to the wrong house. I was told by customer support that they cannot help me resolve this issue even though I provided my correct address. I ordered a stuffed animal.

Ad came up on TikTok so I clicked the link and the site seemed legitimate, so I ordered what I wanted. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received anything nor any tracking information.
