I was charged online on February 26, 2023 $ 109.88 and on February 27, 2023 $ 52.94 from above "company" lookin as a subsidiary of NORD or Nordstrom. Please, help me to find uoy who they are and be refunded.

An ad coming through on FB showed that you could receive a nice pots and pans set by just paying the shipping of $9.99. Then it asked to confirm such. One charge came thru for $9.99 and then another for $52.94! And guess what? No pots and pans were ever received. Called and asked for money back but because it was after 30 days from the time they stole this money out of my account, they will not refund me. BEWARE

I got a message for a free Ipad just a $5.99 shipping cost. When I went to pay for the shipping cost it had another ad for something else for $109.88. I tried to cancel out of it but it did not cancel. I went to use my credit card and it had less than $3.00 on it. I checked the bank statement and found 5 charges to my bank in the amounts of: $7.84, .55, 109.88, 52.94 and 9.99 a total of 181.20. I have a call into customer service but am very doubtful I will hear anything. I stupidly responded to an ad for a Costco gift card. A $2.00 charge for shipping. Then they charged $9.99 and a week later $109.88. Have no idea what the $109.88 was for, other than a total scam. Contacted my credit card company to dispute both charges and to cancel that credit card. I need to remember, you just can't get something for nothing. Damn scammers!

Fraudulent Charge

They charged me for both $9.99 and 109.88 however the $109.88 was declined. Thank God because this is fraudulent. I do not know who this is. If you call their number it immediately hangs up when you choose customer service. I contacted my credit card company and reported this. They have locked my card per my request while they investigate this and will refund the $9.99.

I received an email that looked like it was from Nordstroms. It said I had won a partial cook ware set. I had to send $9.99 for shipping, so stupidly I did. There was also an option for the whole set for 52.94. I did not choose that. I used my debit card.

They charged me for both, then they charged me another fee of 52.94 and 109.88. If you call their number it immediately hangs up when you choose customer service. I contacted my bank and cannot get my money back since I did give them my debit card number in the transaction. So I've lost this money. Obviously scammers. Please do something so other people are protected.
