Called Alaska Airlines to change my reservation, he assured me he WAS with Alaska and charged me for a Full flight price, said that's the way they do it now. I asked several times if he was with Alaska and he assured me every time he was the answering service with Alaska.. When I learned he was not, I started a dispute with my credit card company, Alexander called me back and was VERY mad I disputed the charge, stating- He told me he was with Alaska. The number he called me back with is 656-220-7373.
