I purchased shoes advertised by this company on Facebook. They imply that they are a UK company. Had I know they were a company in China, I would not have ordered. They post a 100% guarantee or a full refund. My shoes arrived. They never processed through the UK. The quality was not as advertised. They promoted them as having full arch support, foot support and cushion. The shoes are completely flat. The quality is poor and they smelled bad. I initiated a refund. They were responsive to my emails, but never offered a full refund. They offered me $4 USD. I bought 2 pairs at $30 each. I noted their policy and guarantees. They have yet to acknowledge them. I told them I was going to report them as fraudulent, if they did not abide by their own policy. Since my purchase, I have seen their product offered under different company names, but their main site appears to be Trace Dream.
