I ordered 2 NeeDoh gift sets for my girls for Easter back in March, and never got them. Emailed multiple times and everytime i got basically the same response "Due to high volume, you order is delayed," to even "we've checked on your order and it's on its way!" Never to have received items. Latest one "your shipment was lost in transit. Would you like a refund?"

Purchased multiple items, Kpop vibration suckers and kpop figurines on 3-25-26 from a facebook advertisement and never received them. Received tracking that never updated other than label created. Reached out to company who tried to offer me 10% refund so I don't have to return the item that was never received. Over two months and I still don't have a valid tracking number and they will not refund my money.

Bought the Needoh Easter Advent calendar in March and still haven't received it. It's May. They sent a tracking number that tracked nothing. They offered 10% back so I didn't have to ship back a product I never received. Complete scam company.

I bought the Nee Doh advent calendar off of a SCAM Company under the name Easter Sunday at ToyVault.us ([email protected]). I am currently in an email battle with the company to get my $50 back. It is not the money as much as the principle. They are running an illegal scam and it’s ridiculous to charge money for cheaply made imposter products.

I purchased the Needoh Easter bundle for my kids on March 20th through a FB advertisement from ToyVault.us. I received them April 9th they are fake counterfeit and so small I am extremely upset what a waste of money and I want a refund but I can't seem to get anywhere
