I received a text message which included a toll fee (which I was just in San Francisco, CA) I had to pay before a late fee was issued. I hit the link to pay and it sent me to an E-Z toll pass website. I entered my name, address, and credit card information to pay. It then stated my bank could not approve and which i seen the funds were available so I entered another card in and it stated the same thing bank could not approve. I then realized what I had done and that it was a scam. I canceled debit and credit card seconds after.
