Report

A young man, around late 20's foreign, rang house bell and stated that they just finished a blacktop sealant job up the road and they had left over oil based sealant. I asked for a business card, which I have still. He stated that he and his buddy could do the job for a lot less than usual. He said that they would have charged $6000, but they could do it for $3,500. I told him that I had to talk it over with husband. He stated he would be back. They were in a regular truck with no business identification and had no front license plate.
