I ordered a boneless sofa off of Tic Toc and was scammed out of $29.99. I received no shipping updates or information as to where my purchase is, only emails I received back from [email protected] were same thing over again that package was shipped BUT when i tried to use tracking number for several different companies, they all came back not found or no number found... There is absolutely no other contact information on the Lumensales site other than an email address and the website has no products listed for sale.....
