Carport was advertised on tick tock I use my cash app card to pay them and it keeps saying my order is being processed it's been almost 2 months and I'm not got my money back from cash app or them or received what I paid for

I ordered product in April, it was shipped and claimed to be delivered to my home. I never received it, sent them an email, they responded back with sending a new package out to me. I never received that pkg. I received another email stating that they will refund me 70% of my purchase. I have yet to see a refund and never got a response after that.
