Ordered DD-214 ball caps off ad on Facebook. Received order confirmation with what should be correct info and total of $49.78 to be processed via PayPal. Review of transaction on PayPal had amount as $64.71 paid to a different company. Search online flagged Thundrbolt as a scam business using social media.

I purchased a cosmetic item off a Facebook ad. Paid with PayPal that is linked to my credit card. The item was not delivered. Seller first provided a fake tracking number. When I called them out on it they provided another and a phone number for USPS. Neither tracking number could be traced through the postal service. I filed a resolution through PayPal who did nothing. They contacted the seller who said it was delivered and they closed my case.
