I ordered some clothes in early 2026 and I still haven't received it. But I keep getting "offers" in my email. When I write to complain that I still haven't received my order, I get the same lies.

"We appreciate your patience and understanding as we provide you with an update. We're pleased to confirm that your package is currently in transit and on its way to you. We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner and want to assure you that we are closely monitoring its progress.

Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for your patience and understanding".

I have zero patience. They can't tell me where my order is or why it's really so delayed. And they won't refund my money.
