Therabody, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is a scam. They sold massaging machinery that never worked out of the box. They would not take responsibility for a mistake by their own quality control department made in sending out a machine that never worked! Several emails back and forth and Therabody, Inc. said they would not replace their own malfunctioning machine. I will be complaining to Best Buy corporate as well as they sell the Therabody, Inc. devices. Stay away from these scam artists.
