Ordered a flying orb toy on theoriginalflyorb.com, on Dec. 7, 2022. My credit card account was charged on Dec. 8, 2022. On Dec. 13 I received an email saying the item was ready to be shipped, from both theoriginalflyorb.com and a notice from the USPS that they were awaiting the item. Since then, no communication, even after several emails and filling out their contact form on the website. The USPS website still states that it is awaiting the item, and it is now Dec 27, 2022.

The Original Fly Orb does not list any address or phone number, and the product was listed as waiting for shipment in Chandler, AZ, no zip.

Ordered a toy called "The Original Fly Orb" from this company. They charged me and never sent the product. They emailed a tracking number, but when you look it up, it says it is in Pre-Shipment (ready to ship) and hasn't changed.

This company was blasting paid advertisements on Facebook for the holidays. I ordered 3 Fly Orbs from their website on December 10 and received a confirmation of my order. I have never received my order and they will not respond to any correspondence from the contact address given on their website. I also attempted to contact them on their Facebook page, the Facebook page has since been deleted.

Ordered a flying orb toy from this site on Dec. 6 2022 and they immediately drafted my payment of $27.99. I did receive a confirmation email for the order that included my order information, an order number and a link to their site which also summarized the order. There was also a link to track the order via a 3rd party app that you have to download called Shop. Upon downloading and tracking the order through the Shop app it also displays the order information and provides the "current location" of the product (which never changed from Chandler, AZ). Their website claims that orders will ship out in 5-7 business days and will take up to an additional 5 days for shipping via USPS and that most customers should receive their order within 12 days. They do claim that the 12 days is not guaranteed only due to their lack of shipping control of the USPS. On Dec. 11th I received an email letting me know that my purchase had shipped out and was on its way. The email also included another link to the Shop app as well as a USPS tracking number (which was a real tracking number). When attempting to track the package via USPS they only received a pre-shipment notification of the impending shipment but never received the actual package to ship. As of Dec. 23rd I still haven't received my purchase and have attempted to contact the company numerous times via different contact us email links without any response. There is no phone number to be found for this company (or at least none that I could find on their site and through extensive Google searches). I did find a phone number for them via my banking app with the initial purchase information but upon calling the number I only received a message stating that the number is not available. There is also nowhere on their site to leave reviews and almost no information can be found about this company on the internet other than where and when it was founded, and by who (Trenton Vande Krol).

The product was offered on a flash sale, order was placed and a USPS tracking number was generated. After two weeks and multiple inquiries, no response was obtained from the company and I started reading about other similar complaints. No phone number or address exists for contact. Reviews on the website are clearly fabricated.

I purchased an item for $27.99. Never received the item. I repeatedly tried to email the company and received no response. I went onto its Instragram account as two different users to state that I never received the item and the company deleted my posts and blocked me from seeing the page again. On the company's TikTok page, many also commented that they never received their order or any response. I filed a claim with my credit card company.

They said my order was guaranteed by Christmas. Shipping label was created but they never sent it and will not respond to correspondence.

I ordered a Christmas gift the beginning of December. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. Not even a tracking number. I’ve sent a ton of emails, no response.

I ordered the original fly ball orb on their website https://theoriginalflyorb.com/ according to their website when you order says they are accredited with the ScamPulse.com and in small print it says accredited, but now it just says BBB, Forbes, etc.. I placed my order on 12/6/22 and didn't hear anything from them, so I asked if there was a tracking number and later they sent one 420551169300110944101761724448 I have checked it every day and it continues to say the same thing, it hasn't even moved just the same Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item. I couldn't find them on the ScamPulse.com website but the ScamPulse.com site just continued to only check my state Minnesota, even though I put in Arizona, so I chatted with someone at the ScamPulse.com and they told that no such business was found and to make a complaint. I also found out that this same website and the company have given out bogus tracking numbers to those that have ordered their products or the product they received is not what their website claims and have made attempts to get a refund but never received a reply from the company. I found the website because it says it's the original Orbi, the website seems to look legit I did try to find out whether this company was accredited or not but the ScamPulse.com website made it difficult, it used to be much easier to use. This isn't the first time I've been scammed their seems to be a lot of product websites that are scamming, including on Facebook they should be regulated better. Technology is fine for somethings but I'm finding it bad when wanting to order something, even Amazon. I just hope this company is allowed to continue to rip people off, it's the holiday season, this was to be a gift for my granddaughter, and I'm on a fixed income.
