In early December 2022 I ordered from an ad I saw on Facebook called “The Original Fly Orb”. After I placed my order I never received an email confirmation or tracking info like they said I would receive in my email. They have no phone number listed so I had to send many emails to them. I never could get a response back with any tracking info. After my last email saying I was going to report them, finally I got my order only a month later in January, which by then it was after Christmas and too late to give to my Grandkids for Christmas!!

Now this scam company just randomly charged my account for over $55 without even placing an order!

I had contacted Facebook about this issue in December and noticed many others have posted warnings about this scam site, but as far as I can tell it’s still open for orders !? Just giving out a warning about my experience with this site and to be cautious on where you order from.

I ordered a product from this company and this company is mimicking a real company that takes your order and money but never sends the product and will not reimburse.

Purchased a “ready to ship” toy for Christmas. After many attempts to email I got no response. They have a “tracking number” in which nothing has been shipped. After reviewing online reviews this is happening to everyone.

I purchased a flying orb from The Original Fly Orb website. Once I placed the order they offered a discount if I purchased a second, so because I was Christmas shopping, I deciding to purchase a second flying orb. Everything seemed normal. I was told to download the app “shop” to track my order. On Shop the tracking info from USPS stated that the item was “ready to ship” and that pre shipment info was sent and USPS was awaiting the item. The item was purchased on 12/17/22. The pre shipment notification from USPS was given on 12/23/22. No more contact has been made. Multiple emails have been sent to the seller with no reply. I found a phone number for the seller from my credit card statement and that call was sent to a voicemail and went unanswered. Currently I am missing the items and the $50 spent.

The scammer sent a fake tracking number, that took me to the USPS website. It said “The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 26, 2022 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available.” The tracking number still gives this message every time, and the company is unresponsive. I was charged for this item, December 20th, 2023. The amount charged was $29.99. I have since read of multiple instances, where others experienced the same thing, and never received the item ordered.

Two of the identical products were purchased as advertised on Instagram and taken to the merchants website. The product is a “flying orb” ball that lights up annd hovers and was intended as Christmas gifts. The site seemed legitimate, was clean, and testimonials including as seen on, various media outlets. However, I only discovered after purchase that the only contact info was a gmail email address. The FAQ’s stated the product would arrive latest within 4 days but in some cases can take slightly longer but not to worry. However still no recourse for should this not happen. On 12/17 the product was ordered. On 12/23 email notification was received that product was in transit via USPS tracking number ******************************* To date (1/6/2023) the USPS status still shows they were notified to expect the shipment, but still had not received.

Offered discount of 60% off and free 2 day shipping of the fly orb. Claimed that it’s the original version and not to buy the cheap knock off versions. Stated that you would talk to a live person if any issues arise. The website says trusted site and says as seen on Forbes TikTok and others. Sends confirmation of purchase with order number. Then sends preshipping info to usps. But then it’s stops there. No product. No shipping info updates. And no response to emails.

Ordered an item from this company on 12/7/2022 for $27.99. On 12/12/2022 I received an email saying my item has shipped. As of 12/25/2022, item still hasn’t shipped and tracking shows it’s only preparing for shipping. I have emailed the company 2x and have received no response. I have found numerous posts on Facebook with people complaining about being scammed also. Tried to leave a bad review on their website warning people, but review gets deleted. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card company and have received a refund, but want to warn others or have the company shut down.

They have a detailed site that looks legitimate. You purchase the item and they act like they contact the post office and the tracking number never changes past pre-shipment. There are multiple reviews on the SHOP payment site of how they don’t ever ship the product! The reviews on the actual site are apparently all fake! I tried to post a review but it was never posted to the site. I contacted the company through the online form multiple times, nobody responds. After researching and looking into the site there is no given physical address and no given telephone number for making inquiries. You can not contact the “supposed company” except via email. It is a scam.

I ordered online Dec 10 and provided my visa card # to order "The Fly Orb" from The Original Fly Orb Company. They sent an email to my e-mail address, order was sent on Dec 20, they even provided a tracking number. However, neither UPSP or Fed-X recognize the tracking number. I wrote to the company but never received a response, but there is no phone number to contact. The cost of the orb was 27.99 and posted to my visa account on Dec 12.

They have a Facebook page and other digital accounts. I just want my money back and this company recognizzed as a scammer.

The website looks legit and I made a purchase. I got an email that my order was accepted. The website gives a ship date of 2-3 business days. Finally after a week I got an email that the product shipped with a tracking number. It never shipped and the tracking number never gets updated. I've tried reaching out to the company many times and have gotten no response. It's a scam website.

This website advertises a toy called the fly orb. The website looks legit. I ordered the product and we never recieved the product. I contacted the company numerous times but never recieved response. The tracking states they did create a tracking order but they nevered gave the post office the product. Weeks later and the product still hasn't been delivered.

Ordered this item in early December. Item never arrived. We were charged. Tried multiple times to contact the company to no avail. Now looking at reviews, there are hundreds of people who are in the same situation. Now I’m afraid because they have my credit card information.

Scam website could only be reached by form or email - to which I both tried to radio silence. Never received confirmation of order; only a charge to my card. Was supposed to receive within 2-4 days and it’s well past. Seeing from others on Trust Pilot it’s a scam - and never receive. Online reviews must be approved which makes sense why I only saw positive reviews.

I never received this item claiming to be “The original fly orb”. The website looked legitimate and sent an email on Dec 6th confirming my order and another on Dec 11th saying my item had shipped with a usps tracking number. You had to download the Shop app to track the order. The “tracking” showed it was in Chandler, AZ and usps was awaiting the item. Every time I checked the “tracking” the item never left Arizona. I contacted the company by email twice with no response.

I purchased two Flying Orb balls on Dec. 7th and on the 14th received an email that the order was on it's way. Shipped USPS First Class. Haven't received anymore updates on my package. Tracking number said pre-shipment info was sent to Chandler,AZ on Dec.14

Website does not have phone number nor do they answer email. They charge your card the day you pay, and you never get the product. Fancy website and discount price on item reels you in.
