I just started my LLC and the next week I had two scam letters one stating a mandatory payment for a certificate of Good Standing Request. for 87.25$, QR code brings you to thelocalbiz.com with colorado flags and a place to submit all your information. I didn't send any money or submit any info, I questioned the time sensitivity after only just starting my LLC with no mention of these documents in any Colorado gov documents. Typed the phone number into google and found multiple reported scams pop up.

Trying to charge $87.25 for a response requested to receive certificate of good standing from TheLocalBiz.com. Which only costs $10 to get through the gov site
