This business kept indicating that my item would be shipped within a given timeframe and then it was not. When I followed up with the business, they indicated that my item was in their next batch of shipping but it was not. Then I followed up yet again and they still could not tell me when my item would be shipped. I waited for over a month for my item and still received nothing. Their website says their delivery timeframe to the US is 3-7 business days. Yet I had to follow up because I hadn’t received anything.
