Extremely agitated!!!!

I ordered my Smarthoop on June 25, 2021 and at the first of July reached out to them and was told due to the TikTok videos going viral they have had issues but orders will be shipped out the following week. Then on July 25th reached out again and was told I could get a free hoop for my inconvenience and they had confirmation I would receive my hoop in 3 days. By August still nothing and they said there was a mix up at post office but had a confirmation number from being sent I asked for the confirmation number for a week straight and never got one, and still no hoop. Then on November 20, 2021 I asked for a refund and have never heard back from them! I’m extremely pissed!

I as well ordered in September still no hoop emailed them nothing back also there site is gone says potential virus risk. I wonder if we could file a law suit gonna check.

Took My Money but ....

I ordered on Feb 4th and ordered says it is processed. Payment was taken out of my account. I am still waiting for my order to ship, tried contacting via phone and get auto message they are not taking calls. I try to contact via email and get same auto generated message as another reviewer left.

I ordered a smart hoop on July 1, 2021. On September 21, 2021, I still had not received it and emailed them about it. They replied back immediately with this Hey there.

I hope you are doing all well, thanks for reaching out. Due to the delays, we want to make it right with you and offer you a FREE hula hoop in addition to the one you ordered. Please email me back with what color you want. If you don't want that, we could give you an in-store credit for the future. Please let me know ASAP and we will get your order shipped in the next 3-5 Business days. When it gets shipped out you will receive tracking information.

We are very thankful for your understanding and supporting our small businesses. If you want to cancel and get a refund issued now, please let me know.

I emailed them AGAIN December 21, 2021, because I still had not received the hoop ordered (or the "free" one they promised to send) and have not received a response.

It is now February 2, 2022, and I STILL have not received my order or any further response from them.

Ordered on June 4, 2021. Emailed about the delay. Went back and forth through email multiple times with “Mary” about an ETA. Last correspondence was on September 17, 2021. As of today December 29, 2021, still have not gotten anything.

This same exact thing happened to me! I just got off the phone with my bank about disputing it! I ordered in June 7th, 2021 emailed about it June 17th and got the same response as you, then emailed again on August 9, 2021 and once again got the same exact email as before it seemed copied and pasted! I emailed back saying that it should not take that long and I am beginning to wonder if they are scamming me and never received a response. I emailed one more time December 28th and no response! It was always from “Mary”

Ordered back in the beginning of august. Sent emails starting 8/16 saying that item will be shipped out next week. Month goes by and I email again and she said that due to TikTok they were out of stock. Then emailed again a month later and Mary said that they would give me a free one for my inconvenience to Email her back asap. I emailed her less than two hours later and no response. The next day they’re site was shut down. Go figure, I should have known it was too good to be true. Ordered one off Amazon instead

Ordered on July 15. Gave it a few weeks. Contacted on Aug 5 and had a response on 6th saying due to it going viral it was delayed but all remaining orders will be shipped out the following week. Waited longer. Sent another inquiry and no response. Sent another today requesting refund. Went to website and its shut down.

I ordered in June and got some crap story about how it's on back due to being in high demand. They told me they would add 2 more in my order they also asked me if I wanted a refund as soon as I said yes I did since it had been 4 months since i ordered and received nothing they ghosted me I had also ordered one for my sister and daughter too.

I ordered in July 2021, In August kept getting emails stating was being shipped on Monday, then two weeks went by, still no hoop, reply to email, response from them sorry it will go out on Friday, several more weeks same claim, its now November, they got paid ! I emailed several more times with response since and no refund!
