I order from this website and I tried canceling a double order that was made. I looked further into it and found out that they are scammers a woman made a review stating they were scammers at this time I was to late my orders both went through. Taking 139 out of my account

I have order from them told I would receive my item 2-7 business days.After I didnt get package I contact buy chat or email they response was they out my size they wil have them in the following week ...that pass attempt to contact them again told me the a shipment end and they ship it out never receive my order..tried to contact them again now I cant chat with then telling me to email them I tried that got an message saying that message area cant send. Went on IG to contact now no reply..if you go on there ig page you will see many customer comlaining about not receiving there order ..this is sad we work to hard for our money to be scam like this.I Also ask them to refund my money no response.

The advertise on Facebook and instagram, even taking videos from celebs' pages to market their product. They offer exercise products, shapers, butt lifters, vest, bras, etc. They make you believe you are making a purchase, however your products never come. They even go as far as to offer a tracking number to make you believe your product is in transit. But if you contact the post office it is a pre-ship tracking number. You can obtain one without actually send a package to the USPS. My package was purchased on October 1, 2017. It was supposed to arrive on Oct. 7. On October 13, I received an email claiming my purchase was in transit which is how I obtained the information regarding the pre-track number. It is October 17th and the post office is still awaiting the company to actually send my products. The email address I attempt to contact does not work, the phone number that has since been removed from the website just rings and rings, and the live chat link no one responds to. The reviews posted on google about 90% of customers share the same experience as myself. Do not buy, SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!!!!

So they post ads over social media advertising women products, like bras and workout gear. Once you place an order they send you a tracking number to items that you'll never recieve. They dont even reply back.

I have not received my order and no way to track it then when I found a way to track the order and put the order number in the feedback was "tracking does not exist". When I click on "contact us" on my order, or the website page nothing occurs. Also, it appears that the company who I found heavily advertise on Facebook has blocked me from messaging them nor can I send a reply email that from the original email verifying my order.

Not one to rant, but sometimes reporting "companies" on Facebook works.

Like many women, my feed has been full of ads for The Perfect Sculpt bra. After weeks and weeks of wondering, I decided to order it. I was given a tracking number and waited. A week later, I decided to check on my tracking and it hadn't been updated since the day I ordered. I decided to go to their website and contact them via their "chat" section. They assured me that it had been lost by the carrier and my package would be on the way ASAP. I asked about a new tracking number and was given the same one. This was Monday. I checked the tracking again yesterday and nothing update yet again since July 21st when I ordered. I emailed them this time and requested that my order be cancelled. No response. Today I did the chat thing again and got the same answer as Monday. I was resent the same tracking number. I said no cancel my order and the person kept saying that it would be on the way ASAP. I said give me an estimated date, they said they weren't able to do that. I then said, cancel the order. The chat conveniently ended. I started a new chat saying that I need to cancel my order. No response.

Do not order from The Perfect Sculpt! They will scam you and send you a fake tracking number.

This company allows you to order products from their site, but they do not deliver them. More importantly, they do not offer any refunds, so you will be out of money.

I ordered two products, and only received one. They advised that they were out of stock and could offer me a discount on my next order, but would not give me a refund.

They accept your order and say they are located in NY, U.S.A. However, they are based in China. They take your money and it took over a month to receive my items. Once I received them, they were both the wrong size. When I tried to contact them, the refused to respond. Every time I would attempt to contact them, they would initially respond, and then when I would try to submit a complaint, they would end the conversation. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I ordered from the company since it had the New Jersey information at the bottom, on 10 Apr 17. I was able to do an IM chat with Joe on 7 May and asked where my products where and why it took a month for it to come since it's based in Jersey. He said that they have centers in Asia, Canada, US and Australia, but depending upon the backorders, that can be where my order is processed. So I don't have a product almost a month later and from the reviews I've been seeing, I wont have it before my 13 year old graduates from high school.

i ordered a bra from this company, it's been 3 weeks and has not even shipped yet. i emailed about getting a refund and i received no response. i've read many other reviews that this was also happening to other people.

This company's website and social media sites say they are based in New York when they are based in China. I paid $50 for a waist trainer and a bra in February. I never received an email confirmation of my order or shipping confirmation until it had been a couple weeks of hearing nothing from them. A customer service rep sent me a tracking number indicating the package was coming from China.

I received the bra approximately 1 month after ordering. I contacted customer services telling them that I did not receive the waist trainer I ordered as well. They responded with another tracking # saying they shipped it.

I received another package from China a week or two later and it was a pair of shorts - not the waist trainer I ordered.

I contacted customer service again and they are refusing to refund my money. I sent them a picture of my package and what I received and they are refusing to refund my money for a product I never received.
