I had purchased a bra back in 2017. Noticed it had been a month and still I hadn’t received anything so I emailed and “Sager” replied back stating that they’re phasing out emails and some other stuff, don’t remember fully. So I had asked for refund but I never got a replied towards that. Haven’t really kept an eye on if that was the ONLY time they took money out of the account or not though. Read at bottom of email where they stated that they’re 100% legit and not a scam. Should have realized then and said something then but I have since had two babies and just totally left that experience on the back burner. I just want to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else ever again.

The Perfect Sculpt aka Cloud Enterprise LLC is scamming thousands of unsuspecting and innocent customers by failing to deliver the agreed upon goods for sale offered on their website www.theperfectsculpt.com. I placed an order over 30 days ago and have not received my order to date. I paid approx. $65 for goods that were promised to be processed and delivered within 10 days business days. The product never arrived. When trying to track the order online, the tracking page is reportedly "not found". Hence, I was unable to track my order. I contacted the company using multiple avenues to no avail or response. I have attempted to contact the company via phone at the number listed on its website at 908-947-4222. No one answer and I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was "full". I have called almost everyday and it's the same outcome. Next, I attempted to chat with personnel via live chat. On 3 occasions, I started the chat by inquiring about my order. While waiting on a response, the live chat notified me my message was "read". However, no one physically responded to my inquiries via chat, email, or phone. I waited online for 3.5 hours...and nothing. After waiting another week, I attempted to reach the seller via email at [email protected]. Again, no response.

As of today, I have not received any other communications with respect to my order. Yet, I am receiving an excessive amount of emailed solicitations from The Perfect Sculpt to purchase more items. My account was debited exactly $64.97. The Perfect Sculpt has failed to meet their obligation by providing a product after charging my account. This company is scamming innocent victims like myself under the basis of misleading buyers to pay for products without any intention of providing the goods.

This website has scammed me and other customers out of money and they not only block us from their websites and social media accounts, they delete our comments from warning other customers from purchasing. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complain Center and Google so far and will continue to do whatever it is I have to do to make sure this company never scams anyone again. This company is suppose to be a health promotion company and it's a slap in the face to all customers who would like to invest more in their health and support a company, and in the end gets taken advantage of and robbed of their hard earned money. This company not only steals our money but they also take our personal information such as our home addresses, bank information and more when we purchase. This company should not be able to continuously rob people financially or personally. If you need more information or proof please reach out. I have screenshots in my phone of customers around the world that have complained and are victims to this scam.

ORDERED 2 PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. 3 WEEKS LATER I HAD NOT RECEIVED SHIPMENT INFO W/TRACKING AS STATED. TRIED CONTACTING THE COMPANY VIA EMAIL/CHAT BUT NO RESPONSE. I FOUND OUT THAT THE PARENT COMPANY IS CALLED CLOUD ENTERPRISE LLC. I REPORTED TO ScamPulse.com UNDER THAT NAME AND ALSO UNDER PERFECT SCULPT AS THAT IS THE NAME MANY CONSUMERS KNOW THEM AS. I HAVE ALL MY DOCUMENTATION TO PROVIDE MY PAYMENT COMPANY SO THAT THEY MAY ISSUE A REFUND, BUT PLEASE BEWARE, THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THAT IT ADVERTISES, AND IF YOU WAIT TOO LONG YOU MAY NOT HAVE RECOURSE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I purchased my perfect sculpt sweat vest for my gym workouts on October 13 and still don't have a shipping date. I have ordered several things from other companies since than and have received their product. However, I still don't have the vest I ordered almost a month ago. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE CONARTIST.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered the bikini set over a month ago and have still not received anything from them. I reached out and who ever I talk to just says that the fulfillment team is preparing it and should be sent out soon; that is a lie. I have asked multiple times to cancel my order and get a full refund but I get the same answer every time.

I made a dispute through PayPal hoping to get my money back but very upset with this online scam.

i have ordered three pieces from this website it has been almost 3 months now with no product , i received an email after inuring about the items and they said they had moved warehouses and that they would have it reshipped out by Feb 5th , it is now march 14th and still nothing and now they do not answer their emails. I spent just over $50 how do i get my money back ??

I've placed an order over 2 months ago and have not received it yet. I've sent emails, called, and messages and have not received any feedback about my shipment. I would like my refund back ASAP.

The company The Perfect Sculpt advertised on social media and also their own website under garments.I ordered 3 pieces and paid over $60.00. I never received my order and when I inquired about them I was told the company had to move fulfillment centers for whatever reason and would fulfill my order after about 2 weeks I emailed the company and spoke with someone name Sebastian who stated my order was going to be cancelled and then resubmitted it has now been about 2 months and nothing.

You can purchase items and they will charge you but you won’t get the product. The customer service phone number doesn’t work and neither does sending multiple emails.

They will not send your product and give you the run around, I can't believe I lost my money please don't purchase from site.

I placed my order towards the end of January and it still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I try to contact the customer support I get the same person on the live chat (Janet)...red flag. I have tried many times to call the phone number provided but every time I call I get a busy signal which is also a huge red flag. I tried asking for a refund and I’ve even threatened to sue and I keep getting directed to the refund policy that says refunds are in the form of store credit. How are you goning to issue store credit to a fake store? Please shut them down ASAP!!!

I ordered a sweat vest dec 3 they said i would receive it in two to six business days it’s been three weeks and i haven’t received my item nor any email stating they shipped it now that i read the reviews many people are saying this is a scam

I made a purchase through Facebook using the company Perfect Sculpt on Sept 13th 2017. I received an email on Oct 3rd telling me that my order was on its way and in transit throught UPS. I tracked the package and it stated that the package was at the same location for 2 weeks. I called to be informed that I was given a false tracking number. When I spoke with Perfect Sculpt about the issue they told me the product was on back order. It is now Mid Oct and received no communication from them about product being on back order. How is is it my order went from being on the way with tracking number to on back order? I spoke with company advising I wanted my product or money back or I would seek legal action. They then assured me my product would be shipped out as soon as possible and they do not give refunds but store credits. Because of the poor service I had no interest in a store credit if that is the way they conduct business. It is now Jan 7, 2018 and I still have not received my purchase. They continually try to keep me on the hook saying its on the way and providing false tracking numbers by DHL and UPS. I have been patient but after waiting 4 months for a product is unacceptable and they took the money for product that I never received and have no interested in issuing a refund.Beware of Perfect Sculpt. They have been many other complaints on social media of the same issues but they delete negative feedback quickly.

It has been two weeks and haven't received package or tracking info on my package, hundreds of people's complaints about not receiving anything deleted from their Instagram page. Have tried to contact the company every way possible and get the same automated response asking for the order number. When I responded to them with the order number I did not hear back.

I ordered my product 3 weeks ago and still have not received it yet. I checked the website and it shows that the product still has not shipped. Chatted with Customer Service and they said they do not have an ETA (estimated time of arrival) for my order. Didn't call in because the telephone number is not listed on the website. Came here and seen there are 71 negative reviews for this company and over 200 complaints. Saw the telephone number for the company on BBB, but called to no avail. No one answers, and probably never will. They are real good at replying to the reviews here on BBB site, but won't give customers service at all. I think I have been robbed and regret giving this company my demographic and debit card info.
