I ordered and paid for a nice, advertised drone from Tessizy.com via a Facebook ad that had specific features I wanted. I paid $192.98. I received a poor quality, inferior substitute that had none of the features they advertised it had. After many attempts to resolve the issue by emailing [email protected], they still refuse to send me the correct advertised product in exchange. The company is located in Singapore.
