There was a concert in Atlanta that I purchased 2 tickets for and it was canceled. I asked about a refund back to the card but Teratickets refused and placed it on the account balance for future use. I told them I need the refund since I do not want to buy any other tickets since there are none what I am interested in Atlanta. They refuse to refund and stop responding to my inquiries.
