I ordered the same laptop desk. It took over 3 months to receive and it appeared that part of the legs were missing. I emailed to state that part of the legs were missing. I got the same generic emails that everyone here received. Total scam. I’m not even going to try and get my money back. I just tossed it in the trash. Lesson learned. The photo is the advertisement that I ordered from.

I ordered a laptop tray that was pictured in their instagram ad on June 2 and received a completely different product from china via NY a month later. ALSO the ad stated USA made. Shipped from China. NOTHING as described or pictured in the ad. No fold out legs, no laptop size. It would not even function properly as a lap top holder because at the only angle it would not be usable. I contacted them and they said that this is what I ordered and offered meme multiple refunds refund. I declined saying it was NOT what I ordered and that I wanted full refund. They refused to accept a return when I got Paypal involved they negotiated a return with tracking. It costs $65 to return the item and I paid $80 for 2. Never do business with these people they are thiefs. 1970s used car salesman are more honest than this company.

Looked like a cheap childs toy. I contacted them and they said that this is what I ordered and offered me $5 refund. I declined saying it was NOT what I ordered and that I wanted full refund. They answered saying for me to send it back THEN they would refund. I knew I'd be scammed again so I said I would return after I rec;d refund. This was there reply...Dear customer,

If you want to return the item to us,maybe you need to pay for the return freight,it will cost more than 30 USD.
So to avoid those troubles,how about we refund you $5,and you can keep the item.OK?

This is exactly what I received as well. The second portion of legs missing. Only it took 4 months to receive. I tried to call but was given the run around. I gave up.

I wish I had seen these before buying a laptop for fathers day. I have had the exact same experience and now I am in the midst of trying to get some money back. My question is HOW DO WE STOP HIM?

As you can see from everyone else's experience, this company is a total scam.

I ordered the portable laptop desk stand for $39.99+postage, a total of $45.98, but the item they sent me was nothing like the advertisement. It was more like something you'd buy at the .99cent store, total garbage and unusable. After contacting them and having the same experience others have shared here, I escalated my dispute by filing a claim through PayPal. They were able to get them to accept liability and offer a full refund... BUT I had to pay for the cost of shipping back to China, which cost 3x's the amount of what I paid for the item itself! It would literally cost me money to return it and it just wasn't worth spending $100USD for shipping a $39 item. They know this and deliberately rip honest people off. They should be shut down. PayPal should also have handled this better so I'm unimpressed with their poor efforts in holding this company accountable. Be warned never to purchase anything from this company, who by the way, claim that their merchandise is made in the USA and shipped within the USA, both are lies. It's garbage quality, made and shipped from China. They are liars.

No, this is completely unacceptable. You falsely advertised this product and I purchased it based on your advertising. The item you sent me is not the item advertised. You need to make a full and complete refund. If you want your item returned, you will need to provide a pre-paid return label for shipping. I am not responsible for paying any additional money to you in order to return a substandard product that is not what you advertised. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Apologize and do what’s right. This is your opportunity to show some integrity.

Please stop sending these emails that are wasting my time. The only thing I will accept is a full and complete refund of $45.98USD. I don’t want your product. It is junk and not at all what I ordered, but you already know that.

I will repeat the same thing I said to you before - The item you sent is not the item advertised. You need to make a full and complete refund in the amount of $45.98.

If you want your item returned, you will need to provide a pre-paid return label for shipping. I am not responsible for paying any additional money to you in order to return a substandard product that is not what you advertised. You claim your product is made in the USA but it’s obvious from the packaging, the shipment tracking information and the $20USD that you claim it will cost to ship this very lightweight item back to you that it shipped internationally from China. It seems nothing you say can be trusted. You should stop your lies and do what is right.

This was your opportunity to show some integrity and you failed. I’ve now filed a formal claim through PayPal so there is no need for you to continue contacting me directly. You had your opportunity to do the right thing and your response was purposefully unhelpful and offensive in your refusal make this right and refund me for sending a substandard item that was not what I had ordered. I’ve said this to you several times now and your response has been very disappointing again and again, so I am not wasting any more time repeating myself and going back and forth with you about this, from this point forward PayPal will handle this official dispute.

Zero resolution and zero care from the scam business. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS. See attached photos - in one, I've put 3 photos of what I actually received on the left side, and 3 photos from their advertising on the right side. You can see for yourself the difference.

I had order a bode and a laptop stand both were useless peace of junk . Gold complaint with PayPal. Not holding my breath. I finally received return address in China , not sure if even legitimate:

The product has missing parts, when I contacted them they reply was that I need to upgrade to the one “I toughed” I was ordering, when on their site doesn’t give you options other then the color.
This company is a fraud, scammers, they are just taking peoples money, they give you the option to send the product back on your own expense

I ordered on June 23 a Father’s Day desk for 39.99 plus shipping and handling a total of $45. I haven’t received the item. This is false and fraud. This company shouldn’t be advertising on Facebook or no where. I have emailed and nothing. I want a refund. I see that others have complain about the same thing. Why is this company scamming people.

Same thing happened to me.
Numerous emails, they will not provide a customer service number or directions on return.
I too purchased two of the computer stands. Totally cheap and non usable! They offered $8 then $10, then $12.

The owner of this website is a joke won't refund money and tries to bargain with you for it. Product is not as advertised. Don't buy any thing from Lazariah Montserat. Or the website. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks all he says is it will costs 20 us dollars to return the product and then starts lowball refunds. I have emails to prove it. Can't get a return shipping address either.

I received the above item on Thursday, June 25th. Unfortunately, the tray is cracked and it part of the stand is missing.

"THIS EMAIL IS OFFICIAL NOTICE OF "TASTEFULTY" Product & Advertising FRAUD.

Your company has knowingly forwarded a defective product for the advertised price of $39.99 plus shipping & handling fees. The tray was cracked and additional attachment parts were missing for the ADJUSTMENT of the stand. Under NO condition will I accept the offer of $4.59 for a refund.

In the manufacturing and advertising industries, this is called fraud. I will submit a fraudulent case request to "PayPal" for my full refund plus cost for of shipping the damaged product back to you. And then I will submit a request for "Facebook" and "Amazon" to investigate your company for false advertising and fraud.

Your response requesting an additional $20 (plus shipping costs) for the same "ADJUSTABLE LAPTOP & DESKTOP STAND" is confirmation of your fraudulent practice.

NOTICE HAS BEEN SERVE UPON RECEPTION AND READING OF EMAIL."

This company doesn't care because they're overseas. I want my money back. There is ONLY one flat tray with ZERO supporting legs!

I ordered an aluminum laptop stand on June 5, 2020. On June 19, 2020 I received an email saying that it would arrive in 5-20 days. As of July 11, 2020 it has not arrived. I contacted company and received tracking info that it is still in China having arrived in their "International Processing Center" on July 8, 2020. Apparently it is still being processed and NOT yet shipped! Their "tracking" shows it has been at the "Processing Center" three times. I regret ordering this product and await its supposed arrival with trepidation.

I purchased a “laptop” device on 5/2/2020. Today is 7/8/2020 and I still don’t have the product. I’ve reached out and have been told “it’s on it’s way”. The original tracking number has now been entirely deleted from the tracking system. Ultimately, they straight up stole $50 from me.

FAKE ADVERTISING! The real product is very bad qualities and they don't follow their return policy. FACEBOOK have to respond their FAKE ADVERTISING.

I have order a adjustable laptop stand for $59.99 and the actual product arrived after 1 month and I can't imagine how bad the product and it is false marketing and cheating the customers by showing something and delivering a different item. It doesn't cost $10. I am unable to reach out to them to raise a return for this useless product. Please guide me how to get rid of this useless worthless item.

I purchased this product on 6/2/2020 it stated that it was shipped on 6/8/2020--- I tracked it and it's been saying that its in ohara ca since 6/20/20. I want a refund!

I bought two computer stands from Tastefulty, total around $70. When they arrived, they were cheaply made and not at all what they were supposed to be. (They were to have three legs on each side to adjust the height, they came with just one leg on each side.) After emailing them, they juggled me around to different people. Finally one offered a partial refund of just $8. I will NOT be giving them any more information or business. They stole my money and trust.

I ordered the "extension" laptop desk in May 18, it arrived June 25. Quality was poor, and had two legs instead of the 3 in the pictures. was too narrow to sit over my thighs without bending the plastic joints, which I feared would break.

Emailed promptly to request the return address (per instructions in the "returns section of their website"). Our conversation went like this:

1. On May 14 I saw an ad on Facebook for a portable laptop desk as a Father's Day promotion.

2. On May 15, I typed the web address into my browser, viewed the product which said was USA made and operated and gave a Los Angeles address and placed an order for 3 at the price of $59.99 each (2 shipped to me in WI and 1 shipped to CO).

3. Received an email confirming the credit card charge and said it would be shipped shortly.

4. On June 3 and June 12 I received an email that both orders had been shipped - included a tracking number which provided NO info. about the shipment.

5. On June 6 and again June 22, I emailed asking for the status of my order. Each time they said it was being shipped.

6. On June 25 I received the two portable laptop desks and they were totally unsatisfactory - so narrow that you can't use them while you are sitting, the construction is so cheap that they will not last very long, the mechanism is a pain to use and the design is such that for several of the positions the laptop is too heavy and the desk tips. My son-in-law who is about 160# said the frame was too tight around his legs to be comfortable to us - the photo on the website makes it look like there is lots of room around your legs when using the desk while sitting on a couch which is the PRIMARY reason I wanted to get a portable desk. There are NO markings on the item or the box indicating that it was made in China.

7. On June 26, I communicated that I was not satisfied with the product and wanted an address to return it. Their return policy says you must get approval within 7 days of receipt and it looks pretty clear to me that they are using delaying tactics and will then say that I can't return it because the 7 day limit has expired. They also say it must be shipped within 14 days of receipt which will be interesting since they have not yet provided a mailing address and there is nothing on their website except what I've read is a phony address in Los Angeles.

8. On June 27, they emailed asking me why I wasn't satisfied with it. I replied that day with the reason and again asked for the address.

9. On June 28 they responded that I would have to pay $20 for return postage and how about instead they refund me $11.99 and I could keep the desk. I replied the same day and said I paid $180 and wanted a full refund and a return address.

10. On June 28, I also emailed asking the status of the shipment that was allegedly made on June 3 to Arvada CO and had still not arrived. They sent me a summary of the tracking showing shipment from Shanghai to O'Hare and then ground transport but it still has not arrived. And again, the website states that they are USA made and operating.

11. On June 29, they offered $15 AND I could pay an additional $20 to get an extension and gave a website to order it. I repeated what I had said a day earlier. They then offered me $20 and I could keep the desk! I responded more forcefully that this is totally unacceptable, send me the address.

AFTER I had placed the order and was waiting longer than they had promised, I started doing some checking and the Facebook Marketplace has a LONG list of people that have experienced almost the exact same experience. Some received broken goods and they also got no satisfaction. As you can imagine, I am kicking myself that I didn't check this out BEFORE I placed my order.
