FAKE ADVERTISING! The real product is very bad qualities and they don't follow their return policy. FACEBOOK have to respond their FAKE ADVERTISING.

I have order a adjustable laptop stand for $59.99 and the actual product arrived after 1 month and I can't imagine how bad the product and it is false marketing and cheating the customers by showing something and delivering a different item. It doesn't cost $10. I am unable to reach out to them to raise a return for this useless product. Please guide me how to get rid of this useless worthless item.

I purchased this product on 6/2/2020 it stated that it was shipped on 6/8/2020--- I tracked it and it's been saying that its in ohara ca since 6/20/20. I want a refund!

I ordered the "extension" laptop desk in May 18, it arrived June 25. Quality was poor, and had two legs instead of the 3 in the pictures. was too narrow to sit over my thighs without bending the plastic joints, which I feared would break.

Emailed promptly to request the return address (per instructions in the "returns section of their website"). Our conversation went like this:

I paid $59.99, and am not even sure I received the full (extended legs) product.
I expect a full refund, as per the terms on your website. Kindly provide a U.S. return address (it was shipped to me from California), and confirmation of WHEN a refund will be issued. I will return at my own expense. This is the last time I will ask before pursuing payment-reversal through my credit card.

1. On May 14 I saw an ad on Facebook for a portable laptop desk as a Father's Day promotion.

2. On May 15, I typed the web address into my browser, viewed the product which said was USA made and operated and gave a Los Angeles address and placed an order for 3 at the price of $59.99 each (2 shipped to me in WI and 1 shipped to CO).

3. Received an email confirming the credit card charge and said it would be shipped shortly.

4. On June 3 and June 12 I received an email that both orders had been shipped - included a tracking number which provided NO info. about the shipment.

5. On June 6 and again June 22, I emailed asking for the status of my order. Each time they said it was being shipped.

6. On June 25 I received the two portable laptop desks and they were totally unsatisfactory - so narrow that you can't use them while you are sitting, the construction is so cheap that they will not last very long, the mechanism is a pain to use and the design is such that for several of the positions the laptop is too heavy and the desk tips. My son-in-law who is about 160# said the frame was too tight around his legs to be comfortable to us - the photo on the website makes it look like there is lots of room around your legs when using the desk while sitting on a couch which is the PRIMARY reason I wanted to get a portable desk. There are NO markings on the item or the box indicating that it was made in China.

7. On June 26, I communicated that I was not satisfied with the product and wanted an address to return it. Their return policy says you must get approval within 7 days of receipt and it looks pretty clear to me that they are using delaying tactics and will then say that I can't return it because the 7 day limit has expired. They also say it must be shipped within 14 days of receipt which will be interesting since they have not yet provided a mailing address and there is nothing on their website except what I've read is a phony address in Los Angeles.

8. On June 27, they emailed asking me why I wasn't satisfied with it. I replied that day with the reason and again asked for the address.

9. On June 28 they responded that I would have to pay $20 for return postage and how about instead they refund me $11.99 and I could keep the desk. I replied the same day and said I paid $180 and wanted a full refund and a return address.

10. On June 28, I also emailed asking the status of the shipment that was allegedly made on June 3 to Arvada CO and had still not arrived. They sent me a summary of the tracking showing shipment from Shanghai to O'Hare and then ground transport but it still has not arrived. And again, the website states that they are USA made and operating.

11. On June 29, they offered $15 AND I could pay an additional $20 to get an extension and gave a website to order it. I repeated what I had said a day earlier. They then offered me $20 and I could keep the desk! I responded more forcefully that this is totally unacceptable, send me the address.

AFTER I had placed the order and was waiting longer than they had promised, I started doing some checking and the Facebook Marketplace has a LONG list of people that have experienced almost the exact same experience. Some received broken goods and they also got no satisfaction. As you can imagine, I am kicking myself that I didn't check this out BEFORE I placed my order.

I received my lap top desk yesterday after 45 days! Not what I expected! Cheap! Size is for an iPad! I am furious! Has anyone received there money back? I paid through Pay Pal so will go through them but after reading this complaints, I am doubtful I will get my money back! Scammers for sure!

I filed a complaint via paypal as well. The company only wanted to refunded $8.00 after sending a piece of junk that cannot be used. I don't know if I will receive any money back but I wanted on record about the fraud this company is perpetrating on the internet.

I ordered a laptop stand and received a small cheap notebook stand that would not support a standard sized laptop. The description of the product and where it was manufactured was false. This company operates out of China but shows false ads if product is made in the U.S.A. and ships from the U.S.

Adjustable desk arrived after 6 weeks and was absolutely not what was advertised on Facebook. What I did receive was a very cheap desk with one pair of legs when it was supposed to have three sets to adjust to various positions and heights. How could Facebook allow this to happen and support a company that is deceiving, misleading, and scamming people...during an pandemic in which millions are trying to work from home. Can we dispute this through our credit card company?

DO NOT ORDER! This company is a scam. Like so many others on here, I ordered the laptop stand with the telescoping legs for Mother's Day on May 4th. It was GUARANTEED delivery by Mother's Day, May 10th. Needless to say, it was late, I received it yesterday, 45 days after ordering. We were excited, opened the box, to see a massive disappointment. In the box was a cheap tray not big or strong enough for a laptop and two arms that do not extend at all. I had actually emailed them to cancel the order and refund me before it was shipped and got no reply. When I finally did get a response I was informed it had shipped. Now I have emailed them again asking for a refund as this was not what I ordered, it was Falsely Advertised, Cheap, and Useless. Their response was I could pay $20 to ship it back or they will refund me $4.59. I paid $45.98. SCAM ARTISTS! DO. NOT ORDER

We ordered the laptop desk in early April and got it from somewhere in Asia 5 weeks later with missing legs. No return address, no phone number, and no response to my emails. They said they are at the Lakewood mall in California. We went there and they don’t have a store or an office. It’s a useless piece of crap and I cannot return was t, or get my money back!

I purchased a laptop desk for my work from home situation during COVID-19 Stay at Home Order. I saw the advertising on Instagram. I purchased the product through the website Tastefulty.com & made my payment through the PayPal account that was set up by the company.

When I did not receive the product & was never sent any confirmation of processing or shipment, I contacted the company for a status. I contacted the company 3 times to cancel the order & request a full refund, per their website if a product has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued with a cancellation of order. The responses that I have received is that they will follow-up with shipment info. The company has not addressed my request for a cancellation & full refund. After 2 months with all the complaints I received the item. OMG when I open the package I was so furious, what a piece of garbage they sent me from Chaina. Please people DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

Omg. Your story is soooo similar to mine! I have been trying to get them to email me a return address so I can send them back and get a refund. They just keep replying with information about more items I can buy. Did you try to get info about returning these useless desks? So frustrating and misleading.

I ordered a laptop desk. I not only received It way passed the delivery time, it came incomplete. I emailed them to let them know the discrepancy and the response was that they will charge me $20 for shipping. And according to them that was exactly what I ordered. The add is completely misleading.

They are a scam! I did receive the product after 3 weeks. It arrived broken. That can happen, but the product is nothing like what they showed online. It's missing the supporting legs, no mouse pad tray, it's flimsy and small. It cannot hold a regular laptop computer. It's pure junk. I placed an order fir a portable laptop desk for a total of $45 including shipping. The amount they charged me in my credit card, however was $69 from a Hong Kong. Their website says that everything is made in the USA. I tried to contact them several times with no success. Finally someone emailed me with auto generated email. I have yet to receive shipping info and it has been 10 days. Beware! This is a scam and I am disputing the charge.

I placed an order off of Facebook. I paid with PayPal. A few hours after placing the order, I found something I liked better so I looked up their cancellation policy and it said within the first 12 hours, you could cancel. I emailed them to cancel, and I haven’t heard anything from them. I have not received a shipping email. I emailed four more times and have not received a return email. PayPal will not refund the $ because I haven’t received the product. Do NOT order from this company!

something happened to me. The fact that PayPal is still doing business with them is disturbing. I'm canceling my PayPal account. They don't protect the customer as much as I thought.

I ordered 2 lap top desks on 5/3/20. To this day, there is still no shipping information. I contacted the company and they simply replied that the order has shipped. However, nothing shows up in the tracking information. Beware
