Ordered it online and it went to my credit card. Then supposedly it was out for delivery. After a month I made contact with them by email and I said I would start a dispute with my credit card company and their company. I did start a dispute and by the next day I got a box. The box did say who sent it but it did say it's a Children's Painting set. So I sent pictures showing them the box. Their next email said to send the box to a Las Vegas address and keep all shipping details and tracking numbers. I'm not through with them yet

Advertised their product on Face Book. I ordered one pan and they immediately put on my Discover Card. After a month went by with receiving the product I started a dispute with my credit card company. Then within a day it appeared on my side door. It did not say who it was from but on the outside wrapper it says Children’s Painting Set. They want me to send it back and they will look it over to see if it is in good condition and then they would return my money minus the $25 for restocking.

We ordered a full set of pans in December 2025 for $999. The first pan we opened was broken. We asked for a refund of the entire order. They said it was no problem so we spent over $300 shipping back everything. We sent proof that everything was delivered back to them multiple times and they still refuse to refund us. So they have their pans and our money. They will just string you along in emails until the window to dispute the charge on your credit card is closed.
